SHIPPING

General shipping information

Shipping is CHF 7.00 (PostPac Economy) and is delivered within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein by Swiss Post (2-3 working days).
For personalized products, it can take up to 16 days, and shipping is via third parties.

Please note that unexpected delays can occur which are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible. We promise that we will do our best to get our ProFootball products to you as quickly as possible and we will let you know if any delays affect your order.

 

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery order.


Shipping & Duration

Shipping is CHF 7.00 (PostPac Economy). Normally, the weight of your package is less than 2 kg, which means that a delivery time of 2-3 days can be expected, since the product warehouse is in Switzerland. For personalized orders, a delivery time of 14-16 days can be expected as the products are processed by third parties, but the warehouse is in the UK and EU.



RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; it must be unworn and unused, with the original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale, through gift cards or that are personalised.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
