We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

To start a return you can contact us at stefan-abomo@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
